My first take is that it looks terrific. I'm not much of a multiplayer gamer so I haven't yet picked up Left 4 Dead 1, but I did enjoy the demo. This game looks even better and unlike certain other games it actually follows the rules of how to make an unproblematic use of zombies. Obviously we just have the trailer to go on, but so far I'm excited.
